More New 2014 Horseshoeing Products from the Hoof-Care Summit

Here's your new competition finish rasp that provides a smooth, buff finish- Heller Rasps Pro Finish rasp.  Shipping in March 2014.

CuRide Golden Horseshoes contain a high copper content giving them antimicrobial properties that reduce bacterial attacks on the hoof like thrush or white line disease.  Available in 0-6 with both front and hind patterns. You heat and work them like a steel shoe.  They've been sold in Europe since 2011.  The German Equestrian team uses these shoes currently in their program.

Whoa! Who wants one of these 250lb anvils from Scott Anvils?

New Farrier Products for Horseshoeing in 2014

We are excited to bring back a few new products from this years Hoof-Care Summit.

Sound Horse introduced Flex Shoes giving farriers another option for a glue on shoe.  They are available to ship now. Also, they are a good choice for such hoof problems a laminitis, heel pain, sore soles, and navicular syndrome.  Great too for glue applications with a large bonding surface.

There is a Colleoni Stainless Steel Forge that can come with 1 or 2 burners.

I'll be posting more pics and information later after Mike returns today. Check back to see new Heller ProFinish competition rasps, Gold horseshoes, Easy Shoes, Glue U foot pours and adhesives, digital hoof gauge, and a new Emerson Anvil stand. Happy Shoeing!

2014 International Hoof-Care Summit

Mike is traveling to Cincinnati for the 2014 International Hoof-Care Summit today. He wants to come back with more solid shoeing ideas and new products that can help farriers shoe better. Since we've bought the company in 2009, Mike has learned so much from our customers.  I know that he would love to bring back field-tested tips or new products that can save them both time and money. Check back on Friday when I will post some of his discoveries.

If there is anything that you want Mike to look for at the Hoof-Care Summit, please leave me a comment. He will try his hardest to find it for you.
